All applications are software based, unique, state of the art, user-friendly, market conform, well priced and to be used on premise or in the cloud (public or private). In the selection of these applications the objective has been that installation as well as implementation will take place swiftly and effectively (simplicity), that SoftApp and its vendors are able to provide your organization with support (24/7), and that there is no long lasting, cumbersome commercial | technical training needed to onboard a business partner with the right of resale.
Security | Continuity
To ensure the continuity of its hosted services SoftApp BV has placed the servers of its platform the Voice O365 in separate BV (Inc).
This BV: owns the servers of The voice of O365, is specifically set up to protect customers in the unlikely event of bankruptcy of SoftApp and / or one of its partners / intermediaries and grants access to data / file / application specific information for at least 3 months with a maximum of 6.
Participation in this warranty service costs € 21.50 excl. VAT, per organization, per year.
