Create your own Teams direct routing proposition!

This new service module is especially designed by SoftApp for those business partners who want to create their own Teams direct routing proposition – quickly and efficiently – or who have large enterprise customers who ‘demand’ that the Team’s direct routing SBC is dedicated.

The business partner does not want to ‘overload’ their internal organization with e.g. specific and periodic SBC service and maintenance ‘chores’. The business partner would love to make use of a (white-labeled) self-service portal that includes a marketplace as well as a unique Teams admin tenant provisioning tool so that she can go to market in record time.
From a managerial point of view, the SBC-as-a Service looks as follows:

  • The business partner buys or rents the AudioCodes SBC(s) from SoftApp or provides us with the AudioCodes session licenses.
  • The SBC(s) are deployed on Virtual Machines in our Azure environment.
  • SoftApp configures the SBC(s) using our longstanding configuration for Teams direct routing and AudioCodes knowhow, with x or y sip-trunk ‘types’ including your ‘special’ requirements.
  • The SBC(S) is linked to our self-service portal and assigned to the partner under white label.
